Just spent three nights at R & R Bergerac. Loved the charming room, cozy details like a Nespresso machine, and the lush garden areas. Jenny and Nick were super helpful with restaurant bookings. The only hiccup was a slightly warm room at times. Would definitely go back!

The hotel was in an excellent and convenient location so close to all the restaurants and sites, and the river. My room was luxurious with street views and a great breakfast. I greatly enjoyed the breakfast food available in the dining room...

The hotel's location was marvellous and pleasant in nearby villages. And it was a 10-15 minute walk from Jimmy's Egg Restaurant, ate there couple of times. I booked a room with a lovely bed, central heating, coffee/tea making equipment, and a seating area. Overlooked garden

The gardens were beautifully maintained and serene.
I was disappointed with the lack of variety at breakfast. Hard boiled eggs were the only option, and it felt monotonous after two mornings. There were no hooks in the room to hang our towels. I also noticed a fair number of mosquitoes around, and a vapé would have.

The bedroom was spacious and comfortable, and the access to the swimming pool was a wonderful bonus. I especially enjoyed the beautiful walk along the river to the center, only 15 minutes away.

The fresh Mediterranean dishes were a highlight . The couple's retreat atmosphere was mostly serene, ideal to unwind, but the rooms were quite hot despite the fans available. Access to a general toilet would have enhanced our comfort, especially on our last day when we had to check out early.
